Description
The Department of the Air Force seeks a contractor to secure and administer Kris Allen’s services for the USAF Band of Mid-America’s Spirit of the Season concert series. The scope includes two rehearsals in O’Fallon, Illinois, and three performances in St. Louis, Missouri; Columbia, Missouri; and Kansas City, Missouri, during December 2026. The contractor must provide booking coordination, vocal and speaking services, musical preparation, promotional support, and required artist and third-party permissions. Kris Allen is specifically required; substitutions are not authorized. The contractor must provide written evidence of its ability to secure the artist, a technical plan, and an account of media and promotional rights and any limitations. The engagement includes at least three social-media promotional posts and grants the Government specified recording, broadcast, streaming, distribution, and archival rights. The quote must include artist compensation, commissions, deposits, permissions, promotional support, and other contractor-responsible costs. The Government provides venues, accompaniment, production support, recording services, and specified materials. Remote performance is prohibited.
