Description
TEEN Interlocal #632 is soliciting proposals for dedicated, symmetrical 1 Gbps internet access with the ability to expand bandwidth, delivered over its existing fiber network to five school districts. The provider must monitor connectivity, report issues to the consortium director or district technology staff, assist with troubleshooting, and provide a direct customer-service contact. The provider must also supply and own a head-end router. The solicitation also requests one subnet of 255 public IP addresses. Proposals must include detailed descriptions and pricing, identify any items that are not eligible under current E-rate guidelines, provide cost allocation for items that are less than fully eligible, and include the provider’s current SPIN. Equipment pricing, if applicable, must include installation, shipping, and other costs required to make the services and devices operational. The service period is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with up to two annual renewal options.
