The U.S. Army is procuring, hauling, and delivering aggregate stone and sand materials for tactical trails, road infrastructure, erosion control, utility trench backfill, pipe bedding, and related Fort Riley operations. Required materials include AB-3 aggregate base, SA-1 select aggregate, SS-5 screened/special sand, and sand materials, with quantities specified by delivery location in the pricing worksheet. The contractor must provide laboratory certifications and sieve analyses, maintain required gradation, moisture, purity, and quality standards, and deliver using clean, tight-bed dump trucks or semi-trailers. Deliveries must comply with installation access, vehicle, bridge and culvert weight, tarping, safety, coordination, and certified weight-ticket requirements. The pricing worksheet identifies a base period from January 1 through December 31, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods through December 31, 2031.
