Description
The City seeks a consultant to produce a mural festival in fall 2027, with up to eight new murals installed on private-property walls and city facilities. The consultant will manage the schedule and budget; coordinate muralists selected from the City's roster, property owners, external sponsors, and City staff; oversee wall preparation and installation; obtain required permits and waivers; procure equipment and materials; and develop festival branding and promotional materials. The work also includes community outreach, presentations for City approval, photographic documentation, and a final report. Complementary programming such as artist talks, tours, demonstrations, performances, or community activities may be proposed but is not required.
