Description
The State of Missouri Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction, is soliciting bids for a single-prime construction contract to remove existing pavement and aggregate base and install new concrete pavement at Higginsville Veterans Cemetery. The base bid covers approximately 4,100 square yards of pavement replacement. Alternates cover approximately 1,100 square yards of additional pavement replacement and replacement of approximately 33 square yards of pavement between brick pavers. Work includes demolition, aggregate-base preparation, unreinforced concrete paving, joint sealing, pavement markings, site restoration, traffic and site safety controls, and related construction activities. The project requires an 80-working-day completion period, a 5% bid bond or equivalent cashier's check/bank draft, and a 100% performance/payment bond after award. Bids must include the Owner's bid form and applicable MBE/WBE/SDVE/HDVE forms, affidavits, certifications, and good-faith-effort documentation. Bids must be submitted electronically as PDF files by email, with all required bid materials due at the bid deadline.
