Description
The Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Patrol is procuring one Crash Data Group GIT Hyundai EDR 2.0 Tool Kit with software and one Crash Data Group GIT Kia EDR 2.0 Tool Kit with software. This is a no-substitute solicitation, and delivery is required in one shipment. If the bidder is not the original equipment manufacturer, it must submit a manufacturer authorization letter referencing IFB 6100066577. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's supplier portal. The Reciprocal Limitations Act form GSPUR-89 and Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form BOP-2201 must be completed by an authorized vendor representative and uploaded with the bid. The solicitation also requires the applicable State of Manufacture Chart in GSPUR-89 and an Iran Free Procurement Certification form; the latter applies to contracts valued at $1,000,000 or more. The contract is an established-price contract, with award generally intended for the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
