Description
The Lemoyne Municipal Authority is soliciting sealed online bids for replacement of its grit system under separate general construction and electrical construction decisions. Bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and submit the required pricing responses and acknowledgements through the procurement portal. The solicitation includes a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Public Works Employment Verification Form, along with required supporting documents and a bid bond upload for each contract being bid. The estimated contract value is $900,000. A certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid is required, and the successful bidder must furnish payment and performance bonds equal to 100% of the contract price. The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage, public-works employment-verification, nondiscrimination, OSHA, utility-notification, and related statutory requirements. Substantial completion is required within 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
