Description
Lemoyne Borough is soliciting bids for the Westwind Curb Improvements Project, including installation of approximately 625 linear feet of concrete curb. The procurement is an invitation for bids for a fixed-fee public works contract. Bidders must submit a certified check or bid bond equal to 10 percent of the total bid, issued by a surety licensed in Pennsylvania. The contract is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage, employment verification, nondiscrimination, OSHA, utility-protection, and related public-works requirements, and requires a noncollusion affidavit.
