Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue is seeking a qualified Low-Income Tax Clinic to develop and operate services assisting low-income Pennsylvania taxpayers with Pennsylvania state tax issues. The selected provider must supply tax expertise, taxpayer education, case resolution, materials, tools, supervision, and all other resources necessary to perform the statement of work. The provider will assume responsibility for all services and must demonstrate the capability to educate taxpayers and complete the required work in accordance with the statement of work. The advertised duration is six months.
