Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is soliciting a complete slide-in lube unit mounted in the bed of an existing department shop truck. The unit must include four 60-gallon storage tanks and all necessary pumps, lines, fittings, and reels to dispense and store oils, waste oil, antifreeze, and grease. It must be capable of operating from the truck's existing central air supply and suitable for use in all weather conditions without allowing weather infiltration into the storage tanks. Delivery is required within 90 days, and bids must be received by the purchasing agency no later than September 14, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The solicitation requires the Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form with the bid.
