Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is requesting price bids for one or more FCS TriCorr Touch Pro Correlator complete kits. The required kit includes a base unit, two outstation units with sensor cables, headphones, a battery charging cable, a charging case, dielectric grease, and a 10-pin cap. The procurement is explicitly no-substitution; products from substitute manufacturers will not be accepted. The specified model is FCS TCTOUCH, with IP65-rated equipment, rechargeable batteries, touchscreen operation, automated filtering, and acoustic leak-correlation capabilities. Bidders must provide pricing for all listed items, including shipping and handling on an FOB-destination basis. Award is expected to be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the lowest overall total price, with the Commonwealth reserving the right to award by line item. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the Commonwealth's SRM/eMarketplace system and requires completion of the attached Reciprocal Limitations Act form, State of Manufacture Chart, Iran Free Procurement Certification form, and other applicable attached bid forms.
