Description
This Request for Information seeks industry input on the feasibility of providing Residential Reentry Center services within the city limits of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, together with Home Confinement services for placements within a 120-mile radius of the facility. The anticipated requirement would include monitoring and related services for up to 30 in-house beds and 25 home confinement placements, with all services provided under a single anticipated IDIQ procurement. Responders are asked to describe relevant experience and monitoring capabilities, identify zoning, transportation, legal, environmental, community, and location concerns, and provide information about their organization, socioeconomic category, tax identification number, Unique Entity ID, applicable NAICS codes, and any relevant Federal Supply Schedule information. This notice is for market research and planning only; it is not a solicitation or request for proposals.
