The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a total small business set-aside for complete repair and maintenance of Tank 2186. Repair work includes replacing the tank roof; repairing issue, receipt, and low-suction piping; removing the mechanical tape gauge; replacing spiral stairs; repairing the stilling well, shell manholes, containment area, grounding, and weld spacing; reinstalling the automatic tank gauging system; replacing tank chime sealant; and providing a tank data plate. Maintenance work includes replacing tank and piping coatings, providing tank strapping charts, and performing a final API 653 inspection.
