Description
The City of Hampton seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide one or more non-exclusive, on-call contracts for comprehensive and long-range planning, urban design, redevelopment, land-use and regulatory analysis, community engagement, housing and economic development planning, coastal resilience and environmental planning, transportation and connectivity planning, GIS and technical analysis, and related reports, graphics, maps, renderings, and presentations. Assignments will be issued as needed through task orders or on a project-specific basis and may include supplemental architectural, landscape, civil, structural, transportation, or other engineering services performed by appropriately licensed professionals. Proposals must demonstrate relevant municipal experience, organizational capabilities, key personnel and resumes, proposed services and approach, references, financial capacity, required Virginia business registrations and licenses, subcontractor information, and minority- and woman-owned business participation. The City may award multiple contracts. The initial term is one year with three optional one-year renewal periods.
