Description
The City of Hampton seeks a qualified consultant to provide specialized coaching and facilitation services focused on implementation science within criminal justice, behavioral health, and community-based systems. The scope includes strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, justice reform implementation, leadership development, organizational change, team effectiveness, communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and performance improvement. Services will include discovery and goal-setting, individualized coaching plans, confidential one-on-one coaching, workshops, retreats, strategic planning sessions, assessments, follow-up consultation, implementation support, and accountability planning. Deliverables may include coaching plans, coaching sessions, facilitated workshops, agendas and facilitation materials, assessment reports, summary reports, recommendations, and a final engagement summary. Proposals must address the scope of work, comparable project experience and at least five references, organizational and team qualifications, project schedule, fee structure, subcontracting plans, and any exceptions or alternatives.
