The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), through its Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO), is issuing a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify potential vendors capable of providing specialized technical services to support special operations aviation. This is a market research effort to inform a future RFP and does not constitute a formal solicitation or obligate the government to issue one. The anticipated RFP will be issued under PSC R425 and NAICS 541330, Exception 1. Interested parties must submit a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Joint Certification Program (JCP) approved DD Form 2345 to gain access to restricted attachments. Responses are due by September 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT. This opportunity is set aside for total small business.
