Description
The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is seeking qualified applicants to provide hospital sitting services for children in DFPS conservatorship who are hospitalized due to illness or injury. These services may also be provided in rehabilitative or nursing home facilities. In addition to hospital sitting, DFPS may require contractors to provide court and/or case consultation services related to the hospital sitting provided. The open enrollment period begins on April 3, 2025, and closes on August 31, 2030, with an anticipated contract start date of September 1, 2025. Services are to be delivered across various DFPS Service Delivery Areas.
