Description
The City of El Paso Fire Department is soliciting bids for access codes to online hybrid training modules: PEPP 4E or 5E BLS Hybrid and PHTLS 10E Hybrid Modules. Estimated annual quantities are 620 PEPP access codes and 400 PHTLS access codes, with one award covering all items. The City may order supplies or services as needed during the contract term, and bidders must submit prices for every item. The contract term is 24 months beginning when the contractor receives written notice of award, with a possible month-to-month extension of up to six months if a replacement contractor has not been obtained. Delivery is generally required within seven consecutive calendar days after an order, or within 24 hours for emergency orders. The solicitation requires completion of the bid form and solicitation forms, W-9, required certifications and affidavits, organizational documentation, subcontractor information, and other required response attachments.
