The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration intends to solicit construction services for Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. The work includes installing initial and replacement upright headstones and flat markers, as well as raising and realigning existing headstones and markers. The anticipated solicitation will be an Invitation for Bids and will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The stated construction magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The presolicitation indicates that the full solicitation, statement of work, specifications, and drawings will be posted separately; no response is required to this presolicitation notice.
