Description
The Moccasin Creek Service District is soliciting a contractor to complete a lump-sum bank stabilization project on Laterals 7, 11, and 14 within the Moccasin Creek watershed. Work includes mobilization, site preparation, channel and bank grading, constructed riffles, Class A and Class B riprap placement, brush toes, erosion-control matting, temporary and permanent seeding, silt fencing, surface-water diversion and pump-around systems, temporary construction entrances, stream crossings, and related restoration activities. Bidders must submit the completed bid form and references for similar stream restoration work. The selected contractor must obtain required permits and licenses, provide insurance before commencing work, attend a pre-construction conference, and begin within 30 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The work must be completed by March 31, 2027. Subcontracting or assignment requires the Service District's express written consent.
