Description
The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more vendors to provide regular and ADA portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, dumpsters, and water and sewer service for Dix Park. Vendors may quote only the items they can provide, and the City may select multiple vendors. Year-round requirements include four locations, five ADA portable restrooms, two ADA hand-washing stations, and vendor-supplied water and waste tanks sized to provide continuous trailer service with servicing three times per week. Vendors must show pricing for one and two weekly services where applicable. Event services primarily involve delivery and removal, including short- and long-term rental pricing for the Sunflower event. The addendum states that subcontractors may not be used for roll-off dumpsters, liquidated damages do not apply, and the incumbent contractor is Forever Clean. The submission deadline was extended to October 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, and the addendum must be signed and returned with the response.
