Description
The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals from one or more firms to furnish and deliver various fuel types for generators and reserve fuel tanks on an as-needed basis. The scope includes fuel sampling and testing, fuel polishing, fuel treatment and additives, water and sediment inspection and removal, tank refilling, emergency spill cleanup responsibility, documentation, and service reporting. Standard deliveries must occur within two consecutive business days after receipt of a purchase order, and fuel pricing must be equal to or less than current State Contract pricing. The proposal must address the firm's experience, financial stability, project approach and schedule, staffing, certifications, and pricing. The response requires a signed proposal package with hard copies and a PDF electronic copy on a USB flash drive, along with the specified proposal forms, financial information, cost forms, and reference materials. The resulting agreement is for recurring, as-needed services; the final contract term and renewal options will be stated in the executed contract.
