Description
The City of Berkley is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a new flat concrete saw. The requested equipment must meet detailed minimum specifications, including a 70-horsepower minimum Tier 4 Final turbo-diesel engine, hydrostatic drive transmission, electronic tracking, a maximum 42-inch blade diameter, maximum 17.5-inch cutting depth, automatic depth stop and blade clutch, blade guards, heavy-duty frame, digital operator controls, adjustable blade guide and handles, manuals, onboard water pump, fifth-wheel kit, spare filter kit, and dual LED lights. The vendor may propose up to two models and must provide detailed specifications, identify deviations and available options with individual prices, install selected options before delivery, and include all delivery, fuel, and freight charges in the bid price. The equipment must be delivered to the City, and the manufacturer must provide a minimum 12-month, unlimited-hours warranty covering parts, labor, and transportation. The response must include pricing, company and service information, at least three references, and the required affidavits and disclosures.
