Description
The Town of Berthoud seeks a qualified, insured contractor to resurface the pool at the Berthoud Recreation Center at Waggener Farm Park. Work includes removing the existing Diamond Brite finish by hydro-blasting, installing new step tile on all steps and benches, applying a Standard Diamond-Brite Exposed Aggregate Blue Quartz finish, and completing site cleanup and turnover. Proposers must demonstrate relevant aquatic-facility resurfacing experience using Diamond Brite exposed aggregate finishes and hydro-blasting, provide qualified personnel, staffing, and equipment to complete the work within the proposed closure period, and meet applicable licensing, insurance, safety, environmental, and construction requirements. Proposals must also provide references for similar projects and a written workmanship and product warranty. If a third-party staffing company will be used, its organization must be identified.
