Description

San Mateo County’s Department of Public Works is seeking up to two contractors for job order contracts covering flooring and related construction work at County facilities. Work orders will be issued as needed and may include labor, materials, tools, equipment, and related items for flooring projects. The contract uses a Construction Task Catalog and bidder-proposed adjustment factors to price individual job orders; the County does not guarantee a minimum volume of work.
