Description
Sante Quebec Capitale-Nationale-Universitaire is soliciting bids for flooring renovation, replacement, and installation at facilities grouped into six lots. Work includes assessing sites, protecting work areas, removing existing flooring, correcting surfaces, installing new flooring and baseboards where required, completing finishing work, and removing discarded materials. The contract also covers additional work ordered as needed for unforeseen or intermittent requirements. Bidders may submit for one or more lots and must price all facilities within each selected lot for the three-year contract period. Pricing must include unit prices for specified work and hourly rates for custom work. Each lot will be awarded separately to the lowest compliant bidder. The term is one year, with two one-year renewal options.
