Description
The project includes new sidewalk construction at multiple locations, including removals, earthwork, grading, concrete sidewalks, pedestrian curb ramps, concrete and asphalt patching, signing, and drainage improvements. Related work includes erosion control, traffic control, landscaping restoration, and adjustments to existing utilities as shown in the plans. Bidders must submit a bid form, bid security equal to 5% of the maximum bid price, evidence of authority to do business in Colorado or a written covenant to obtain it, contractor license evidence or a written covenant to obtain it when applicable, and a bidder qualification statement with supporting information. The qualification information includes financial and safety data, construction experience, current and similar-project schedules, and resumes for key project personnel.
