Description
Ault-Highland District seeks an internet service provider to deliver at least 1 Gbps of internet access to its schools through the district office. The scope includes the required network equipment, installation and initial configuration, connectivity to the existing network, circuit monitoring during normal business hours, and maintenance of provider-supplied equipment. The service must be available 24/7/365, include at least five static IP addresses, and identify eligible and ineligible costs separately. Special construction proposals must include the requested cost breakdown and route documentation. Respondents must submit an itemized price sheet, a signed and dated service agreement with an SLA, respondent information, an executed acknowledgment form, at least three qualifying client references, qualifications documentation, and an implementation plan if applicable. The requested contract term is three years, with two optional one-year extensions; the stated initial term begins July 1, 2027.
