Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a contractor to provide a comprehensive wayfinding enhancement package for the Cheyenne VA Health Care System. The scope includes a site visit and data collection; aerial photography; three-dimensional campus renderings; interior floor plans; a 12-page campus map booklet with 750 copies; 18 pads of 100 quick-reference maps; ten physical “You Are Here” wall maps, including printing, mounting, and installation; a “You Are Here” floor banner; and associated QR codes. Wayfinding covers the main facility, Arrowhead, Buffalo, Cowboy, CLC Phase 1, Douglas Fir, Building 45, MRI, and RRTP; campus outbuildings and community-based outpatient clinics are excluded. The contractor must also develop and host an external HTML5-compatible interactive map for desktop and mobile browsers, including route visualization, embedded service information, printable directions, and QR-code access. The application may not access patient information or health information systems, and no patient or visitor information may be retained. The contractor must provide four annual map updates, including the FY27 Emergency Department expansion and clinic renovations in Option Year 1, and respond to system noncompliance notifications within 24 hours. At contract expiration, the contractor must provide the complete system and associated digital assets. The acquisition is set aside for a certified SDVOSB prime contractor, with technical capability evidence, six publicly accessible interactive-map examples, comparable booklet examples, three past-performance references, a completed price schedule, and a signed limitations-on-subcontracting certification required with the quotation.
