Description
Laramie County is requesting proposals for five automated teller machines at County facilities, including one at the Laramie County Government Complex, three at the Archer Complex, and one at the Senior Activity Center of Laramie County. The selected provider will supply reliable, secure ATM services comparable to those at a commercial streetside location, along with service, maintenance, technical support, and any necessary equipment, licenses, fees, and permits. Proposals must include competitive transaction-fee pricing, recurring support and maintenance costs, service and maintenance schedules, warranty information, a detailed service approach, project-management information, company and team qualifications, an organization chart, at least three similar projects from the last five years, and any proposed subcontractors. The provider must have at least three years of continuous ATM ownership, management, and operating experience within the last five years, maintain applicable financial-regulatory licensing and good standing, be a member of and insured by the FDIC or NCUA, and demonstrate sufficient financial capacity. The County desires no service or usage fees passed through to customers at the Senior Activity Center.
