Description
The 90th Contracting Squadron is seeking a contractor for a firm-fixed-price, one-time service to conduct a comprehensive compressed air system audit and analysis in Building 1235, Room 11, at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. The facility’s primary air compressor and dryer units are nonoperational. The contractor must provide a temporary operational compressor and dryer package for a 7-to-14-day testing window, collect real-time flow and pressure data, and deliver a data-driven engineering recommendation for a permanent, code-compliant replacement system. Vendor certifications must comply with applicable City, State, and Federal ASME Code and OSHA requirements. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical capability, and past performance. The contractor must provide a completed Quality Control Plan, two to three relevant past-performance examples from the last three years, and meet CMMC Level 1 self-assessment requirements with a score of 15 at the time of award. The requirement is now full and open competition, and funds are not presently available; award is contingent on funding.
