Description
The State of Wyoming, through its General Services Division, is requesting bids for comprehensive fire system services at state-owned buildings in Cheyenne. The scope includes testing, certification, maintenance, service, repair, piping, mechanical projects, horn strobes, notification devices, panel upgrades, and general alarm installation. Services cover wet, dry, pre-action, HFC-125, and FM-200 systems, including quarterly inspections, biannual and annual clean-agent-system inspections, and three-year full-trip inspections. The contractor must provide direct labor, transportation, tools, instrumentation, equipment, supplies, and qualified, trained, manufacturer-certified technicians. Work must be performed by properly licensed or certified personnel when required and must meet applicable IFC codes. The solicitation requests hourly rates for regular-hours, after-hours, and emergency call-out services; material markup; travel; and per-system inspection pricing. The resulting contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity of services, and multiple awards may be made.
