Description
Laramie County Library System is seeking information and proposals from qualified cafe operators, food service providers, coffee vendors, or concessionaires to operate and manage cafe services at Laramie County Library. The selected vendor would provide menu planning, coffee and other beverages, grab-and-go food, pastries, light meals, snacks, staffing, customer service, point-of-sale operations, sanitation, inventory management, and coordination with Library staff. Catering or refreshment support for Library events and programs may also be requested. The vendor would be responsible for staffing, food inventory, supplies, licenses, permits, technology, operating expenses, and vendor-provided equipment unless otherwise agreed. The proposal must address the operating plan, hours, menu and pricing, financial terms, equipment and facility needs, compliance and insurance, references, community alignment, and any requested exceptions. A conflict-of-interest disclosure form must be completed, signed, notarized, and submitted with the proposal. The anticipated agreement may have an initial one-year term with renewal options by mutual written agreement; material subcontracting or assignment requires prior written Library approval.
