The Wyoming Army National Guard is seeking to procure and professionally install new audio/visual equipment to restore full functionality to the JFHQ auditorium for ceremonies, presentations, and other organizational use. The required equipment includes one professional-grade audio digital signal processor, one control processor, one touch panel with a redesigned and rebuilt user interface, and rack and mounting hardware as required. The equipment should be new and use the Linx brand where possible to maintain compatibility with retained amplification, loudspeakers, and the Shure ULXD wireless microphone system. The contractor must integrate the new equipment with the existing auditorium system, provide professional installation, and conduct a brief end-user training session at closeout. Responses must include the requested salient characteristics and may not exceed eight pages. Award will be made to the offeror providing the lowest-price technically acceptable offer.
