LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Public Notice is hereby provided that the Gallup-McKinley County Schools is accepting competitive sealed proposals for: Graduation Sets Multi-Year RFP-2027-03BK Commodity Code(s):98364, 20167 As more particularly set out in the RFP documents, copies of which may be obtained by downloading from the Gallup-McKinley County Schools eBidding platform website: https://gmcs.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities Sealed bids for such will be received until 2:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME) on, September 4, 2026. FAX and HARDCOPY BIDS will NOT be accepted. Offerors will not be able to upload proposals or documents after the specified CLOSING date and time. The Gallup-McKinley County School Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any formalities or minor inconsistencies, and/or cancel this solicitation in its entirety. Description
Gallup-McKinley County Schools is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the provision of graduation sets on a multi-year basis. The contract will cover the supply of graduation-related items, likely including caps, gowns, and other ceremonial accessories, for multiple graduation ceremonies over the contract period. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering these sets to the district's schools in Gallup, New Mexico. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the district's eBidding platform by September 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. Hard copy and fax submissions will not be accepted. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities or minor inconsistencies.
