Description
The Indian Health Service’s Gallup Indian Medical Center Dental Department is seeking fourteen new DEXIS IXS Size 2 digital intraoral radiograph sensors. The sensors must be CMOS-based, compatible with the existing DEXIS imaging software and DENTRIX practice-management platform, support automatic calibration and downloading, and meet specified physical, resolution, connectivity, cable, driver, durability, and device-health-monitoring requirements. Shipping and handling must be included, and the vendor must provide a return policy allowing exchanges or a full refund for unsatisfactory or non-operational sensors. The requirement is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside. Quotations must include a detailed price quotation demonstrating compliance with the Statement of Work and a brief capability statement describing the firm’s experience, qualifications, and ability to provide the requested equipment. Delivery is required within 30 days after award.
