Description
The City of Pittsburgh is soliciting quotes for rental services supporting the Track & Treat event. The scope includes 40 standard wood folding chairs, 50 8-foot by 30-inch banquet tables, and 18 white high-peak/pole tents without sidewalls: fifteen 10-by-10-foot tents with concrete installation, two 20-by-20-foot tents with concrete installation, and one 20-by-30-foot tent with concrete barrel installation. The vendor must set up the tents by October 21, 2026, and tear down and remove all rented items on October 26, 2026. The bid may not exceed $30,000, and shipping, delivery, and handling costs must be included in the submitted pricing. The solicitation requires completion of the Vendor Registration Form and W-9 Form, along with responses to the vendor questionnaire and pricing proposal.
