Submission Instructions
Description
The City of Allen is soliciting bids for an annual, as-needed contract to provide rental tents, tables, and chairs for city events, including the Allen USA Celebration, Holly Jolly, and other events. The estimated annual expenditure is $75,000. Responses must be submitted through the eBid solicitation portal by the stated deadline. The submission package includes the contractor insurance requirements and agreement, affidavit of no prohibited interest, conflict-of-interest form, bidders qualification statement and supplemental information, and the completed bid form with pricing. Bidders must also provide two project references with project details, dates, owner or agency, price, and contact information.
