Laguna Housing Management & Development Enterprise is soliciting sealed bids for general contracting services for the Laguna #5 rehabilitation project. The scope includes rehabilitation of 39 single-family homes and construction of two new playgrounds. Bidders must attend a virtual pre-bid meeting on October 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time and visit the project site on October 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time, or by appointment, to remain eligible to submit a bid.
