Description
Navajo County is soliciting a comprehensive Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) solution and associated professional services to replace its existing assessment platform. The scope includes assessment administration for residential, commercial, agricultural, exempt, and business personal property; ownership and parcel maintenance; valuation; permits; exemptions; appeals; reporting and analytics; workflow management; and a public, map-centric property information portal. The selected consultant must provide software, project management, configuration, data conversion preserving historical records dating to 2005, GIS and enterprise-system integrations, reporting and data-access capabilities, training, knowledge transfer, testing, production deployment, warranty services, and ongoing maintenance and technical support. The contract is for one year with up to four additional one-year renewal terms. Addendum 2 provides current account counts of 4,345 mobile-home accounts, 683 centrally valued accounts, 569 personal-property accounts, and 86,821 real-property accounts, and extends the proposal deadline and public opening to October 1, 2026.
