Description
Central Consolidated School District is seeking one or more qualified propane service providers to supply HD5-grade propane and provide related services for district facilities in Kirtland, Shiprock, Newcomb, and Naschitti, New Mexico. The scope includes furnishing, installing, permitting, replacing, inspecting, and maintaining propane tanks; coordinating tank transitions without service interruption; providing scheduled, emergency, on-call, or smart-fill deliveries; and maintaining adequate primary and backup fuel sources. The contractor must coordinate delivery locations and windows, inspect fittings and gauges before each fill, document fuel levels before and after delivery, provide signed delivery tickets and digital photographs, comply with applicable federal, state, tribal, and local requirements, and provide required safety data and licensing documentation. The initial term covers part of fiscal year 2026–2027, with three additional one-year options through June 30, 2030, subject to funding, satisfactory performance, and acceptable negotiated terms. Proposals must include technical qualifications, experience and past performance, pricing for fuel and installation, emergency and travel costs, required forms, preference documentation, and proof of insurance.
