Description
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting quotes for two tent-rental lots: one 10-by-20-foot white marquee tent with a back wall, sidewalls, concrete weights, an 80,000-BTU heater, a 100-pound propane tank, and a 2-pound fire extinguisher; and one 20-by-40-foot white frame tent with sidewalls, concrete weights, two 80,000-BTU heaters, two 100-pound propane tanks, and a fire extinguisher. The scope includes setup on October 15, 2026, between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m., and removal the morning of October 17, 2026, preferably before noon. The event is scheduled for October 16, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The City may award the requirement as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must quote all items to be eligible for award, and no delivery or services may begin before departmental authorization.
