Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting a five-year maintenance subscription and support services for Gallup Indian Medical Center's InformaCast Advanced Notification system, which operates with CUCM and supports emergency notifications to phones, speakers, cell phones, and other devices. The requirement includes Tier C endpoint licenses for more than 1,000 endpoints, 24/7/365 maintenance, remote technical diagnostics, technical service calls, preventative maintenance through education, and OEM parts replacement with an on-site spare-parts package. The solicitation is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. The contractor must provide pricing for each base and option period, a detailed quotation demonstrating compliance with the Statement of Work, a capability statement, the required Indian Economic Enterprise representation, a Section 508 Product Assessment Template, and a signed copy of Amendment One. The system and related information technology deliverables must comply with Revised Section 508 standards and WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements.
