Description
The U.S. Navy requires a comprehensive upgrade and reconfiguration of the Gricignano Support Site Chapel sound system, including all contractor-furnished equipment, materials, labor, installation, programming, calibration, and testing. The system must support independent left and right audio zones or unified operation, twelve simultaneous wireless microphone channels, UHF receivers with at least a 100-meter interference-free range, dedicated charging stations, a 10-channel left-side mixing console, CAT6 and balanced AES/EBU cabling, and related connectors and mounting hardware. Existing MIDAS M32 and MIDAS DL16 equipment must be integrated where suitable. The requirement also includes recurring preventative maintenance and emergency technical support: three on-site visits during the base year, four quarterly visits during each of three option years, and on-site emergency troubleshooting no later than the next business day. Technicians and emergency-contact personnel must communicate effectively in English. The technical quote must include a technical capability volume, equipment compliance matrix and manufacturer literature, maintenance and emergency response plan, site-visit awareness statement, pricing for all contract line items, a completed and signed SF-1449, required representations and certifications, and the completed Anti-Mafia self-certification with a copy of the subscriber's identity document.
