The U.S. Army is procuring a complete outdoor television monitor notification system for the 199th Fighter Squadron notification system. The requirement includes three commercial-grade, weather-resistant 75-inch 4K UHD LCD displays with anti-glare treatment and a minimum 25% haze filter; networked DigitalMedia audiovisual encoders and decoders; corrosion-resistant, wind-resistant swivel mounting systems; outdoor-rated cabling and associated hardware; shipping; and integration services. Samsung QM75C displays and Crestron DM-NVX-D360 equipment are identified as the basis-of-design, with equal products permitted if they meet all stated salient characteristics. The contractor must physically install the three monitors, encoders, decoders, and mounting brackets; use existing conduit for cabling; and provide post-installation operational testing and troubleshooting for signal paths, emergency notification triggers, and network/AV distribution. Contractors offering equal products must submit manufacturer technical specification sheets, environmental-rating documentation, and interoperability assurance. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price purchase order, evaluated on price, with delivery and installation required by September 30, 2026.
