Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a sole-source provider of certified Harris HF radio system support under a firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery contract. The scope includes site surveys and analysis reports; cost estimates for installation and calibration; Harris original-equipment-manufacturer equipment, parts, custom preconfigured assemblies, and emergency-repair inventory; installation and calibration; system relocation; repairs; service calls; and technical support for emergency and contingency communications. Performance is required at existing and new DLA locations in the United States. Individual requirements will be funded through task orders, and the solicitation states that only Harris-certified technicians are authorized to perform the work because of proprietary systems, warranty concerns, and the absence of authorized resellers or servicers. Offerors must submit pricing for all line items, a completed Bill of Materials spreadsheet, a technical description demonstrating compliance, applicable representations and certifications, and Section 508 accessibility documentation for each offered ICT item.
