Description
The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala is seeking firm-fixed-price quotations for 25 new smart televisions—20 65-inch OLED units, four 83-inch OLED units, and one 50-inch QNED unit—and 10 LG Magic Remote AI ThinQ Smart 2024 remote controls, or equal products meeting the stated specifications. The equipment must be new, clean, fully operational, and include the specified features, warranties, and Spanish-language manuals. The requirement also includes shipping and handling, pre-delivery inspection, delivery without partial shipments, and replacement of nonconforming items at no cost to the Government. Offerors must submit pricing, proposed delivery date, product descriptions demonstrating compliance, warranty information, product pictures or catalogs, proof of SAM registration including the UEI, and a completed W-14 form. The quotation package must include an executed SF-18, completed Section 1 pricing and requirements, and a technical proposal. The Government intends to award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror.
