Description
This indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity solicitation seeks vendors to provide audio-visual equipment, supplies, accessories, parts, and related services for adoption or piggyback use by participating public entities and qualifying nonprofit members nationwide. Listed categories include audio equipment and accessories such as microphones, mixers, and amplifiers; video and audio systems and accessories, including closed-circuit television and surveillance systems; studio-quality video systems; and other audio-visual equipment and supplies. The solicitation is a prospective cooperative contract rather than a specific project or fixed quantity purchase. It will replace the expiring TIPS contract 230901 for audio-visual equipment, supplies, and services. Vendors must submit the required pricing forms, vendor agreement materials, confidentiality claim form, customer reference letters, and any applicable conflict-of-interest or lobbying forms through the solicitation response process.
