Description
The U.S. Marine Corps is soliciting a firm-fixed-price package contract for commercial audio/video equipment and installation for Building 4061. The requirement includes two professional digital wireless handheld microphone systems, two wireless headworn microphone systems, an automatic four-input HDMI switcher, a wireless document camera, four full-motion display mounts, three tilting display mounts, a 1x8 HDMI distribution/extension system, approximately 1,000 feet of Category 6 cable, and one professional WUXGA installation projector. The solicitation also requires seven commercial-grade 4K UHD displays—three 75-inch televisions and four 86-inch televisions—with specified brightness, connectivity, operating, mounting, warranty, and commercial-use characteristics. The contractor must supply and install all devices, identify manufacturers and models, provide technical literature demonstrating compliance with the salient characteristics, furnish new current-production equipment with standard commercial warranties, and include compatible accessories required for normal operation. Delivery is requested by November 10, 2026. Quotes must include the completed and signed SF 1449, pricing including shipping, product specification sheets, expected delivery timing, offer validity, amendment acknowledgments, applicable representations and certifications, completed CLIN information, and pricing for each line item.
