Description
The U.S. Department of State is soliciting a turnkey upgrade of the audio-visual system in a program area. The scope includes site survey and acoustic design; supply and installation of ceiling-mounted array microphones and speakers; a digital signal processor with echo cancellation, automatic mixing, equalization, digital and analog inputs and outputs; amplifiers; Power over Ethernet networking components; cabling, containment, mounting hardware; and a tablet-based control interface. The new system must integrate with the existing Yamaha analog mixer and support handheld or lapel microphones, local sound reinforcement, and hybrid sessions. The contractor must configure, program, test, and commission the complete system; provide as-built documentation, signal-flow diagrams, a user manual, staff training, and a two-year equipment warranty with on-call technical support. The statement of work also requires preventive maintenance and firmware/software support, while the solicitation requires completion within 60 working days after notice to proceed. Proposals must include the required solicitation volumes, pricing, technical and business information, performance schedule, relevant experience and references, product data, licenses and permits, and proof of SAM registration. The anticipated contract magnitude is INR 8,500,000 to INR 9,000,000.
